I map out data models, routes, and component structure up front, so the codebase stays easy to extend as the project grows.
Build in working slices
I ship features end to end frontend, backend, and the connection between them so there's always something real to test.
Test, fix, and hand over
I check edge cases, fix what breaks, and leave the project in a state someone else could pick up and understand.
